These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fillmyblog.com and its associated services ("the Service") operated by Mondrus 3 Inc ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

FillMyBlog is an autonomous SEO blog content service for local businesses. We analyze your website, generate optimized blog articles using AI, and host them on a subdomain of fillmyblog.com (e.g., yourbusiness.fillmyblog.com). The goal is to improve your online visibility and drive organic search traffic to your business.

2. Subscription and Billing

Pricing

The Service costs $399 per month, billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

• Ongoing AI-generated blog content, optimized for SEO
• Blog hosting on your dedicated subdomain
• Performance analytics for your blog

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

• Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation.
• New content generation stops at the end of the billing period.

Refunds

Price Changes

We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. Price changes apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.

3. Website Scraping Authorization

• We only access content that is publicly visible (no password-protected or private areas).
• You represent that you have the authority to grant this permission for the website you submit.
• Scraped data is used solely to generate blog content for your business. It is not shared with other clients.
• If you want us to stop scraping your site, cancel your subscription or contact us.

4. AI-Generated Content

• No accuracy guarantee: We do not guarantee that every fact, statistic, or claim in generated articles is accurate. AI can produce plausible-sounding but incorrect information.
• Client review responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing published content. If you find errors, contact us and we will correct or remove the content.
• No professional advice: Generated content should never include or be interpreted as medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. If our system generates content that appears to offer such advice, notify us immediately.
• Content quality: We continuously improve our content generation, but quality may vary. We welcome feedback and will work to address content concerns.

5. Hosted Blog Terms

• Your blog is hosted on a subdomain of fillmyblog.com (e.g., yourbusiness.fillmyblog.com).
• We manage hosting, SSL certificates, and technical infrastructure.
• We reserve the right to display a small "Powered by FillMyBlog" attribution on your blog.
• If your subscription ends, your hosted blog will be taken offline within 7 days. You may request a content export before cancelling.
• We may temporarily take blogs offline for maintenance with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You own the blog content generated for your business. We generate it; you own it.
• You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute the content on your subdomain for as long as your subscription is active.
• You are free to republish your blog content on your own website or other platforms.

Our Property

• The FillMyBlog platform, including its code, design, algorithms, and branding, is owned by Mondrus 3 Inc.
• You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our platform.

7. Content Guidelines

Our content generation system is designed to produce helpful, informative blog articles. We do not intentionally generate content that:

• Provides medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice
• Makes false or misleading claims about your business or competitors
• Contains hate speech, discriminatory language, or offensive material
• Infringes on third-party copyrights or trademarks

If any generated content falls outside these guidelines, notify us and we will address it promptly. You agree not to modify hosted content to include material that violates these guidelines.

8. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and a valid website URL.
• Ensure you have authority to authorize scraping of the submitted website.
• Review published content periodically for accuracy.
• Notify us of any content errors, concerns, or takedown requests.
• Keep your account credentials and payment information current.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that generated content will achieve specific SEO results, traffic levels, or business outcomes.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Service, including damages caused by inaccurate content.
• Our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mondrus 3 Inc, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Content published on your hosted blog (including any modifications you request)
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party's rights

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.

13. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. General Provisions

• If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
• Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
• You may not assign or transfer your subscription without our written consent.
